On the Development of Economic Law in the Harmonized Society

The Economic Law is the generic term of legal norms which is laid out by the country to regulate the public economic relationships in order to overcome the malfunction of market.In order to rectify the double malfunction of market and government,the economic law which endows the country with right to interfere must exercise regulation and control over the above mentioned both,and warrant the coordination of the public interests.For the time being,the economic law must respond positively to the social reality in the transitional period and effectively guarantee the social harmony.
