Poetry can be translated into songs and vice versa.A four-line poem with seven characters to a line and a strict tonal pattern and rhyme scheme entitled Seeing Yuan the Second off on a mission to Anxi composed by poet Wang Wei in the prosperous Tang Dynasty is a classical poem, which has undergone a hard journey in which musicians have shaped this poem into different kinds of music via "Jianzipu"(a method used by ancient musicians to set down music for all kinds of stringed instruments). This paper has carded the music and lyrics of the Erhu(two stringed Chinese fiddle) solo Yangguansandie. This paper has also made an analysis of the performing skills, and the poeticized musical image of the creating approaches of the classical musical work-the Erhu music Yangguansandie, showed the way for Chinese classical poetry to be handed down in the Chinese folk instrumental music and musical culture, and filled the poeticized and singing creation and performances of the Erhu music with a more profound and encyclopedic cultural connotation.
