Analysis of Different Treating Technologyof Zinc Leaching Residue

Fu Yunkang(Xichang Zinc Industry Co,Ltd,Xichang,Sichuan 615013,,China)  
Technological principia,features,present situation and development of volatility process with rotary kiln and Jarosite process in hot acid leaching of treating Zinc leaching residue were introduced to the point ,expense of production of them were estimated to contrast.Volatility process with rotary kiln is called “waelz process”too,it product only a harmless residue that may used,and total recovery of zinc is higher,Jarsite process in hot acid leaching is shorter technological process.Louier investment and better working environment,this method has powerful competitiveness through perfecting.
