Study on Removing Arsenic from Solution after Crystallization of Copper Sulfate

Several removing arsenic methods for solving the enrichment of arsenic in the leaching solution of the calcine,which comes from Yun Nan Tin Corporation Limited are researched.The solution containing 60 g/L of As,50 g/L of H2SO4,70g/L of Cu.At 85℃,the arsenic of the solution can be removed by neutralizing with the copper calcine in the condition of 110g/L of H2SO4 and the liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1.The arsenic will not enrich in the leaching liquor in which have additive reagent A and the arsenic concentration can be controlled in the leaching solution of 30g/L when the concentration of element M in reagent A is 2.5g/L.M and arsenic influence each other in the cycling solution because of arsenate.So copper sulfate can be produced by this economical method.
