PROPERTY OF LAMINATED STEEL SHEET WITH PHENOLIC RESIN-CHLOROPRENE RUBBER AS SANDWICH

The property of laminated steel sheet with phenolic resin-chloroprene rubber as sandwich has been studied. The laminated steel sheet possesses good vibration damping in the temperature range 20 - 150℃. The laminated steel sheet is of high tensile-shear strength with high strain rate and at low temperature. At about 80℃ , the tensile-shear strength is of the minimum value. In the temperature range 80 - 150℃ , the tensile-shear strength increases with the rising of temperature. The increase of roughness of steel sheet surface can improve the formability of the laminated steel sheet.
