NEAR-INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY TECHNOLOGY EM THE RESEARCH OF POLYMER SYNTHESIS AND MOLDING PROCESS

The mechanism and application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the study of polymer synthesis and molding process is introduced. Fiber-optic sensing method and spectroscopy analysis model are discussed. An ANN model for spectroscopy analysis is explored. A review of application progress is present in these areas of measuring of polymer synthesis and molding process, estimating of polymer composition and structrure and online monitoring of polymer process.
