Aim at the problem that the broken hole usually appears in demoulding, the process and key technology of demoulding based on Pro/E are described. The basic principle, process and die parting surface design of demouding of injection mould are discussed. And three kinds of main methods to fill up broken hole in the design, including definition of “loop closure”, definition of “fill loop” and construction of curved surface slice are summarized, and the merits and shortcomings of the three methods are presented.
