DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF ROTATIONAL MOLDING MACHINE FOR LIQUID REACTIVE RESIN

The principle of rotational molding machine for liquid reactive resin was discussed.Mechanically driven design and electric control design of this machine were introduced specially.Attentions of operating this machine were also mentioned.Two electromagnetic bunchers and two transmission systems were adopted in this machine,so the rotate speeds of two axes could be adjusted independently and the moulds could circumrotate surrounding the orthogonal axes.This machine could be used for making composite products of many kinds of liquid reactive resins.
