MODE ANALYSIS OF COMPOSITE AUTOMOBILE BRAKE CYLINDER

Integrating modern testing means with mode analysis technique and taking the EX1015 type automobile brake cylinder as an example,mode experiments on metal automobile brake cylinder and three kinds of self-made composite automobile brake cylinder and finite element mode analysis of them were done.Mode parameters were acquired.The research provided the foundation for vibration,fatigue and noise analysis,and provided the theoretical and experimental foundation for industrial production of composite automobile brake cylinder.
