DEVELOPMENT OF MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF TEMPERATURE FIELD DURING LASER SINTERING OF COMPOSITE NYLON POWDER

Based on analyzing the laser sintering course of composite nylon powder,a measuring system was developed to study the laser sintering temperature field.Infrared meter was introduced to measure the surface temperature of sintering powder,and the temperature of inside part was measured by using of thermo-couple method,with the testing data processed by computer.The laser sintering parameter was optimized successfully according to exported results.
