STUDY OF PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES ON LOW TEMPERATURE CURING EP/CF COMPOSITES

TETA,MHHPA,MXDA was chosen as curing agents of EP.The EP which was cured at 80℃ was prepared. Research results showed that when the temperature was 80℃,MHHPA could not cure the epoxy resin,small TETA or MXDA MHHPA could promote MHHPA curing epoxy resin.Studies showed that,MHHPA and TETA or MXDA could react to obtain amide,TETA or MXDA played the role of curing accelerants.Taking epoxy resin as matrix resin,carbon fiber as reinforced materials and useing composite curing agent,the EP/CF composite material was prepared and it's mechanical properties was measured.When the EP/CF composite material was cured by MHHPA/MXDA,the tensile strength,elongation at break,and elasticity modulus was 3 644 MPa,1.443%,and 256 GPa,respectively.
