The quantity effects of aggregate of High-Performance-Concrete

By the approach of orthogonal experiment,the effects of ratios of water binder,aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength at different age and the resistance to chloride ion were investigated.The results showed that the quantity effects of aggregate are very notable,that is to say,the effects of the ratios of aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength and the resistance to chloride ion are very notable.The sequence of effects of ratios of water binder,aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength is the same as that on the resistance to chloride ion,but the magnitude of effects is not the same.The effects of the ratios of aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength is smaller at early age than at long age.For the compressive strength at the age of 28 day,the ratios of water binder,aggregate binder,and sand aggregate have the most optimizing value respectively.
