Comparison measurement of wave velocity in some institute main-building before piling and after

SUN Wen bin (Dept.of Civil Eng.,Huaiyin Institute of Technology,Huaiyin 223001,China)  
This paper discusses the influence of piling on site classification and the principle of weaken earthquake disasters by piling.Through comparison measurement and analyses of shear-wave velocity in subsoil of Huaiyin Institute of Technology main-building before piling and after,the author discovers the site classification may be changed by piling.At last,the author suggests the CODE must supplement some content on the change of site classification by piling and measuring shear-wave velocity again in the subsoil of the piling building after piling,particularly,in the subsoil of the dense piling high building after piling.It can increase the economy benefit and society benefit.
