Relationship between internal force and deformation of steel plane member considering cumulative damage effect under earthquake

When calculating the structural damage or hysteresis curve,the relationship between internal force and deformation should be known at first.But it is difficult and trivial to calculate that during the elastoplastic phase.The numerical method is introduced,then the relationship is established considering cumulative damage.The propose method has clarity and simple formula,and it is easy to apply.
