The assumption of the plane section in analysis of L-shaped reinforced concrete columns under biaxial load

This paper discusses applicability of the assumption of the plane section in the finite element analysis of the L-section reinforced concrete column subjected to biaxial bending and axial compression by using ANSYS.Finally,the range of applicability and the advance of design is given in the paper.
