Finite element analysis on seismic properties of steel braced frame structure

Steel braced frame is one of the structure forms in mid-high rise building widely used.In the paper,a certain 9 storey braced frame in langfang is designed as an example through the finite element software ANSYS.Three-dimensional modal is built,and the seismic response is analyzed including modal analysis,response spectrum analysis,elastic/elastoplastic time-history analysis.The lateral deformation of the structure and the stress of the braces are computed,and the study can be served as the references of such structure design.
