A study of structural reliability considering creep effect

The structural reliability of concrete structures is studied by first-order reliability method(FORM) in this paper.The response surface theory is adopted to approximate the limit state function that is usually difficult to be expressed explicitly in actual engineering.To study the reliability of actual engineering more comprehensively,the effects of creep and construction process are involved in analysis.The research of this paper may be beneficial for applying reliability theory to actual engineering.
