Application of modified chipped-peak-method in network planning optimization

The chipped-peak-method in network planning resource-leveling optimization was analyzed,introduce a modified chipped-peak-method to solve the problem of the complicated adjustment,the fast optimize method can reduced calculating step.Finally,an example is given to show that the modified method is quick and reliable.
