Structural static multiple damage detection based on average strain of cell

Average strain can be measured by long-gauge Fiber Bragg Grating sensors.Based on the concept of average strain of cell,regarding average bending stiffness and wide average height of inertia axis of cell as damage detection indexes.It is proved that structural static damage detection method based on average strain of cell is available by multiple damage numerical simulation of 工-shaped cantilever steel beam and simple steel beam.
