The natural transverse vibrations of rectangular thick plates with viscoelastic on viscoelastic foundation

According to the isotropic viscoelastic body's constitutive relation about shear stress between shear strain and squeeze stress between squeeze strain being similar to the constitutive relation about stress between strain,the universal dynamical equation of viscoelastic rectangular thick plates which agrees with various kinds of viscoelastic foundation at the linear viscoelastic range can be deduced.And the natural frequencies' analytical functions of rectangular thick plates about Van Der Poel model on Kelvin foundation can be derived.
