Comparison of evolutionary structural topology optimization methods based on ANSYS

ZHANG Jinfang,ZHAO Renda(Southwest Jiaotong University,Chengdu 610031,China)  
Based on second development of ANSYS,authors explore topology optimization methods based on ESO.Two methods of structural topology optimization are developed,i.e.element deleted method and element killed method.By comparing with topology optimization module of ANSYS,the results show that element deleted method and element killed method can be applied in engineering practice,and structural topology optimization based on element killed method has more flexibility and adaptability.
