Class Size Reduction in America

GUO Rong-qiu (Educational Science Department, Shaoyang University, Shaoyang 422000,China)  
The move to reduce class size has become one of the hottest state educational policy initiatives in America since 1980s. But quite a few researchers found some serious defects of the program in the process and began to consider other alternate options, which led the CSR movement to work better.
