On Connotation and Realization of Equality of Individual Diversity in Teaching

Equality of individual diversity in teaching implies that students enjoy the teaching resources equally.But due to their individual diversities,suitable teaching methods should be adopted to realize their personal value.The paper points out that teachers should deeply sense the students' personal differences,build up personal study methods according to the diversity,design an elastic classroom-teaching pattern and realize the equality.
