Clone and Sequential Analysis of Tea Tree,β-1,3-Glucanase Gene cDNA Fragments

This paper talks about for the first time clone and sequence of tea tree,β-1,3-glucanase gene cDNA1369bp.Based on the conservative sequence of the published plants β-1,3-glucanase gene,we designed a pair of simple primers,adopted RT-PCR technology,and have finally amplified the fragments of 366bp cDNA.
