Mental Health Education in the Institutions of Higher Learning Under the Perspective of Life Significance

Mental health is how we think,feel and act as we cope with life.It also helps determine how we handle stress,relate to others and make choices.Like physical health,mental health is important at every stage of life.All aspects of our lives are affected by our mental health.Mental health education in the institutions of higher learning under the perspective of life significance should focus the long-range development of all students and open the horizon of life development for life of all forms.Teachers and students should inspire one another and accrete harmoniously.Self-aided mental health education and self-experience of life value are encouraged for college students.Universities and colleges should become the spirit homestead of students' life growth.
