The Effect of Preparation Technology of Nano-powders of Iron-doped TiO_2 on Photo-catalytic Activity

This study prepares Nano-powders of TiO2 with 0.1% of doped Fe3+ with direct precipitation method and azeotropic distillation method,and the physical phase and particle size are characterized though XRD.By means of catalytic degradation of salicylic acid solution in daylight source,some comparisons have been made concerning its photo-catalytic activity.The findings show that higher photo-catalytic activity of Nano-powers in the sunlight can be seen in the prepared Nano-powders of TiO2 with 0.1% of doped Fe3+ with azeotropic distillation method.
