The Discretization Method Based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm

Attribute discretization is one of the key issues of the application of Rough set theory.This paper studies discretization method in Rough set theory based on genetic algorithm.The discretization method based on adaptive genetic algorithm is presented.The cross and mutation probability of each individual are adjusted,and the selection probability of every individual of the population is optimized in this algorithm.Experimental results show that the algorithm can evidently improve global optimization capability and convergence speed.
