Reflections on Theory of Zone of Proximal Development in Basketball Teaching

Based on the decoding of L.S.Vygotsky's zone of Proximal Development theory,this paper makes an analysis of physical education specialty from the perspectives of teaching objectives,teaching content and assessment of student performance,and then proposes the idea of the combination of the zone of proximal development and basketball teaching.The purpose is to offer reevaluation and optimization of teaching objectives,teaching content and assessment of student performance.It is expected that the new view on teaching of the physical education specialty.
