The Story of Chess is the last short story written by Stefan Zweig.In this story,the experience of Doctor B reflects the inward suffering of Zweig in his later years,the writer rigorously accuses the inhuman evil of the Nazi fascist.Inside this story,there is a strong sense of space.A spatial approach to this novel provides important inspirations for us to understand the special space experience,psychological experience of characters,and to explain the novel in a new way.
