Experiment Study on Improving Dust Cleaning Efficiency of BF Coal Gas Gravity Dust Collector

Zhang Yanhui Li Yongsheng Zhang Dianan (General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.)  
According to lower dust cleaning efficiency generally exiting at domestic BF coal gas gravity dust collector at present and combining with dust theory,some methods to improve dust clean- ing efficiency are advanced and experiment study on which are carried.Gas flow and particle field situation in the dust collector are simulated by FLUENT numerical software and the experiment results are directly analyzed.
