Determination of K_2O、Na_2O、CaO and MgO in the Bentonite by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

A method for rapidly determining K2O、Na2O、CaO and MgO in the Bentonite is proposed.In the rapid determination of four types of elements including K2O、Na2O、CaO and MgO by the flame atomic Absorption spectrometry,the sample is dissolved by nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid in the PTFE beaker and SrCl2 is used as a release reagent.In this paper,the optimal instrument conditions,the sample dissolving methods,the disturbance and the elimination methods of other elements in the sample are studied.With the instrument being under the optimal conditions and the burner being rotated with a certain angle,the mass concentration of four types of elements appear good linear relationship in the range of 0~20 μg/mL.The above mentioned method's relative standard deviation is between 0.98% and 3.20%,and the recovery rate between 95.00% and 103.00%.For its convenient and rapid operation,the method is applicable and practicable.
