Comparison and Analysis of Characteristic Stability in Transgenic Tomato and Its R_1-Progeny

Jiang Guoyong & Guo Baotai (Laiyang Agricultural College,Laiyang 265200)  
There was no difference between transgenic tomato clone TP 3 and its inbred R 1-progeny in agronomical characters.R 1-progeny plants have shown positive in Gus detecting and PCR amplification,and resistance to TMV,CMV.The field experiment results showed that TCS gene was stability on expression for transgenic tomato clone plants and heredity in their inbred R 1-progenies.So transgenic tomato could be used to produce seedlings in the greenhouse and plantlets in the field by means of clonal propagation.
