Study on ethylene distribution in cucumber plant and its year-round dynamics

The ethylene distribution in cucumber plant and the effect of different growth stages and seasons on ethylene content were studied The result showed that the ethylene content in upper organ of cucuber plant is higher than that in lower organ, with upper petiole highest, stem apex, upper stem and upper leaf relatively higher The ethylene content change has no obvious relationship with growth stage, but has close relationship with climate conditions The effect of season is more obvious than that of sowing time In one year, the ethylene content is highest in winter and lower in summer That is to say it is highest in January, higher in December, February and March
