Effect of Huolisu on yield and nitrate content of spinach

By means of minispot experiments,the effects of Huolisu on yield and nitrate content of spinach was studied under different ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus and potassium .The results showed that the balanced application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium could increase the yield of spinach significantly,increased the nitrate reductase activity,and decreased nitrate content.The application of Huolisu increased spinach yield under the condition of only applying nitrogen;and the application of Huolisu increased the nitrate reductase activity,decreased the content of nitrate and nitrite .It is favorite to improve the quality of spinach.
