Analysis of Specific Gene Expression in Leaf and Root of Populus Euphratica Oliver

MA Qun,DING Ming-quan,SHEN Xin,CHEN Shao-liang(Bioscience and Technology College of Beijing Forestry University,Beijing 100083,China)  
Tender roots and leaves of 2-year-old Populus euphratica treated 24 hours with NaCl were collected and used to study the difference of gene expression by gene chip technology.The results showed that 175 genes expressed differentially.And 120 genes among these differentially expressed genes were up-regulated in leaves and 55 genes were up-regulated in the roots.
