Biocontrol Effects of Antagonistic Bacteria against Fusarium Oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum and Their Effects on Cucumber Growth and Metabolism

The bacteria DS-1,Q-2 and actinomycete SG126,screened from cucumber rhizosphere soil verified effective against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum by sterilized soil,were used to study their biocontrol effects against Fusarium oxysporum and effects on the growth and metabolism of cucumber planted in continuous cropping soil in solar greenhouse.The results showed that DS-1,SG-126 and Q-2 could protect cucumber from Fusarium wilt and reduce its mortality,with biocontrol effects of 51.43%,42.86% and 37.50%,respectively;DS-1 and SG-126 could significantly promote the growth and development of cucumber plants,while Q-2 made weaker effects.All the three strains could enhance the activities of SOD,CAT,PPO and PAL,as well as chlorophyll content of cucumber leaf at different extent,and decrease relative electrolytic leakage.
