Study of Peroxidase Isozyme of Ping'ou Hybrid Hazelnut(Corylus L.)

62 cultivars(strains) of Ping'ou hybrid hazelnut were used as experimental material.The characteristics of peroxidase isozymes extracted from phloem were studied by plumb plate polyacrylpropylene gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that there were three regions and 25 peroxidase isozyme belts totally in Ping'ou hybrid hazelnut,whose Rf ranged from 0.087 to 0.557.There were difference among belts of most cultivars(strains),and some of them were different in number and activity of belts.The similar coefficients of 62 resources were from 0.5 to 1 and the distance coefficient were from 0 to 2.00.62 resources could be divided into 5 groups by the distance coefficient of 1.6.
