Effects of Chitosan Oligosaccharide,Neodymium and Microelements on Spinach Quality and Yield

The effects of chitosan oligosaccharide,neodymium and microelements on spinach quality and yield were studied.The results showed that the treatments of chitosan oligosaccharide + neodymium + microelements,chitosan oligosaccharide and neodymium +microelements increased the spinach yield significantly,and the treatment of chitosan oligosaccharide + neodymium +microelements was the best.Chitosan oligosaccharide + neodymium +microelements and neodymium + microelements could increase the sugar content of spinach.There were no obvious differences in VC content among the treatments.The contents of nitrate and oxalate were reduced significantly by chitosan oligosaccharide + neodymium +microelements.
