Degradation Dynamic and Residue Determination of Forchlorfenuron in Chinese Goosebeery Fruit and Soil

The degradation and residue of forchlorfenuron in Chinese goosebeery fruit and soil were studied by means of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The average recovery rates were 82.9%~91.3% and 85.2%~94.5%,and the relative standard deviations of the method were 1.2%~2.2% and 0.9%~2.7%respectively.The minimum detectable amount of forchlorfenuron was 2×10-10 g and the minimum detectable concentration of forchlorfenuron in the samples was 0.01 mg/kg.The results indicated that the half-life of forchlorfenuron in goosebeery and soil were 4.8~8.4 days and 8.8~12.7 days respectively.After applicated for 30 days,the residual forchlorfenuron in goosebeery was lower than 0.04 mg/kg(MRL value),so it was safe to dip goosebeery with 0.1% forchlorfenuron solution whose active ingredients were 20 ~ 30 mg/kg.
