Investigation of Mercury Content in Plough Layers of Main Soil Types in Henan Province

100 samples of plough layer soil from Henan Province covering all main types of soils were analyzed by sulfuric acid-V2O5 digestion and Double Channels-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry to deternine the mercury content.The results showed that the mercury content was 0.0192~0.4494 mg/kg,and did not exceed the national standard(pH 6.5~7.5,Hg content ≤0.5 mg/kg).
