Qualitative PCR Detection of Transgenic Maize

Based on the specific structures of maize endogenous reference gene zSSIIb and the general genes in transgenic maize,such as CaMV35S promoter gene,NOS gene,Bt gene and hpt gene,5 pairs of primers were designed for qualitative PCR and then the target DNA sequences specific to each transgenic maize could be detected,which showed that the primers were specific and exact.In addition,a qualitative PCR method was developed,by which the specific fragments from transgenic maize could be identified and detected.
