Effects of Fertilization on Yield and Quality of Overwintering Grafted Cucumber Cultivated in Solar Greenhouse

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization on yield and quality of overwintering grafted cucumber(Cucumis sativus L."Jinlü3"/Cucurbita ficifolia) in solar greenhouse with the conventional fertilization as the check(CK).The results indicated that under the same levels of nitrogen and potassium,increasing the ratio of organic fertilizer was helpful to the increase of cucumber yield and quality.The commercial quality and flavor of cucumber were improved with the increase of fertilizer;the yield and the contents of dry matter,soluble sugar,soluble protein,VC in fruit increased too.At the same time,the nitrate content in cucumber also increased rapidly.But excessive fertilization also could cause the decrease of cucumber yield and quality.
