Research Progresses of Vegetation Succession Law and Variation of Soil Physical and Chemical Properties in the Loess Plateau

Vegetation succession is an important research content of ecology and one of the most common natural phenomena.The soil physical and chemical properties are the main environmental factors affecting the vegetation.Because of the harsh natural environment of the Loess Plateau,the law of vegetation succession and the variation of soil physical and chemical properties in the succession process have been well concerned by the researchers.Their progresses were reviewed and their developments were prospected in the paper.
