Research of Method for Sensitive Band Range Selection of Rice Chlorophyll

In the research,the correlation coefficients of chlorophyll content in rice leaves and spectral characters at different growth stages were analyzed based on the canonical correlation analysis.The results showed that the chlorophyll content correlated significantly with the light transmittance and absorbance at 430~700 nm at all growth stages,except chlorophyll b content at tiller stage.Using the principal component analysis,the first and the second principal component were obtained,which mainly contained the information of visible light bands of 510~520,520~530,530~540,540~550,550~560,570~580 nm and the near infrared bands of 760~770,750~760,740~750 and 730~740 nm respectively.The range of sensitive bands was general consistent obtained by canonical correlation analysis method and principal component analysis method.
