Effect of Controlled-release Fertilizer on Ecological Environment of Tea Garden and Yield and Quality of Tea

The special controlled-release fertilizer(CRF,N-P2O5-K2O=25-4-11) and common fertilizer(CCF) were applied in tea garden in Shandong Province.The pure nitrogen yearly application rate of CCF was 504.0 kg/hm2,that of CRF treatments,CRF1,CRF2,CRF3,was 504.0、403.2、252.0 kg/hm2,respectively.The two-year field experiment results were as follows.The application of CRF could remarkably increase the available utilization of nitrogen and phosphorous,while reduce their application amount in tea garden.The application of CRF also could raise the yield of tea,especial spring tea.Meanwhile it could reduce the ratio of tea polyphenols to free amino acids,which improved the quality of spring green tea in Shandong.The suitable annual amount of CRF for the experimental tea garden was 1 005 kg/hm2.Based on this amount,the soil fertility and tea yield,the suitable annual amount of CRF for other tea gardens,could be calculated.
