Study on Photosynthesis and Fluorescence Characteristics of Three Jujube Varieties

The photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 3 jujube varieties were determined with CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system and portable modulation luminoscope FMS2,then their diurnal variation were analyzed.The results were as followed.The diurnal variation of jujube tree's net photosynthetic rate showed a bimodal curve with the peak at 10∶00 and the inferior peak at 16∶00.There was difference in net photosynthetic rate between different varieties.Zhonghua Jujube reached a greater net photosynthetic rate compared to Winter Jujube,but the difference was not significant;the net photosynthetic rate of Yingbailu Jujube was obviously lower than that of the other varieties.The diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters demonstrated that Zhonghua Jujube had the highest Fv/Fm and ФPSⅡ,and its Fv/Fm could restore more quickly after the noon;Winter Jujube was placed in the middle,while Yingbailu Jujube in the end.
