Feasibility Study on Distinguishing Wheat Growth Habits by Seeding in Different Times

Eighty-four current popularized varieties and new selected lines of wheat were cultivated in five different times for distinguishing their growth habits.The results showed that the wheat growth habits could be identified accurately according to the heading time combined with molecular markers of vernalization genes by normal distribution and t test.The 84 materials could be divided into five groups,9 with springness,1 with slant springness,34 with semi-winterness,20 with slant winterness and 20 with strong winterness.
