Analysis of Differentially Expressed Genes in Brassica rapa L.ssp. pekinensis,Raphanus sativus L. and Their Hybrid Using cDNA-AFLP

For well understand the molecular mechanism of heterosis in Cruciferae vegetables,the differentially expressed genes in Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.ssp.pekinensis) Fushanbaotou,radish(Raphanus sativus L.) Tiaotouqing and their F1 hybrid were displayed by cDNA-AFLP.And 44 differential bands in F1 hybrid were obtained,which belonged to 40 unigenes.Among them,43 bands could be found homologous sequences in NCBI/GenBank and only 32 bands,function had been known.According to sequence analysis,the function-known sequences participated in the following biological processes: carbon metabolism,hormone synthesis,transcription,cell cycle,cellular transport,signal transduction,stress response,and flower development.
