Study on Optimal Carbon Sources for Mycelia Growth of Stropharia rugoso-annulata

HUANG Chun-yan,WAN Lu-zhang,ZHANG Bai-song,ZHANG Hai-lan, GUO Hui-dong,SHAN Hong-Tao(Institute of Agricultural Resources and Environment,Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Jinan 250100,China)  
Six carbon sources such as glucose and sucrose were selected for the experiment.The results showed that the optimal carbon source was sucrose with the suitable concentration as 1.6%~2.4%,and then was maltose with the optimal concentration as 2.0%.
