Study on Key Techniques for High-yielding and Good-quality Cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii

The experimental results showed that Pleurotus eryngii should be cultivated with the composts mainly composed of cotton seed hull and the composts should be sterilized firstly before put into use.The optimal capacity per plastic bag was 300 g dry composts.The perforate inoculation surrounding the fungus bags could significantly increase the yield and quality of Pleurotus eryngii.And the optimal cultivation mode was to let the cultivation bag stand in the furrow with half of the plastic bag being taken off and 3/4 of the compost stick being covered with the casing soil.
